- Chicken fillet
- Corn oil
- Red wine & garlic sauce
- Salt
- Pepper

Let’s Start Making Chicken Kebab
Step 1 - Wash a baby potato and slice it into thick strips. Place the strips into the water and add two to three pinches of salt. Bring it to a boil for 15 minutes.
Step 2 - Cut a piece of thawed chicken fillet into two thick strips.
Step 3 - Pour some oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Put in the chicken strips and pan sear them on both sides for seven minutes each. Add a dash of salt and pepper for extra flavour and seasoning.
Step 4 - When it’s almost cooked, add in about five tablespoons of red wine and garlic sauce, and let it boil for one minute.
Step 5 - Lay the cooked strips of chicken and boiled potato onto a piece of Mission’s tortilla wrap.
Step 6 - Roll up the wrap with all the ingredients inside and put it into an oven to toast for three minutes at 180°C.
Step 7 - Take out the wrap and cut it into half. Plate with some fresh vegetables of your choice and you’re done!
